What's Inspected
A home inspection is a systematic, general, objective, visual examination of the phyiscal structure and systems inside and outside a home. An inspection is analogous to getting a physical from your family doctor. Also, like the family doctor, if problems or symptoms are found, inspectors may recommend solutions and explain the costs to remedy the problems found, or provide futher evaluations.
Why Should I Get An Inspection?
It's very important for you to have a clear understanding of the condition of the home prior to purchase. Buyers can often find it difficult to remain objective about the home they are about to purchase. A trained inspector is able to objectively evaluate your home and put the overall condition of the home into proper perspective.
When Should I Schedule The Home Inspection?
An inspection should be scheduled as soon as possible after the purchase agreement is signed. However, before you sign the purchase contract, make sure to review the contract language regarding the home inspection results. We also perform pre-FHA inspections to save you time and money!
