What Is A Inspection

A home inspection is a systematic, general, objective visual examination of the phyiscal structure and systems inside and outside a home. An inspection is analogous to getting a "physical" from your family doctor. Also like the family doctor, if problems or symptoms are found, our inspectors may recommend solutions and costs to remedy the problems found, or provide futher evaluations.

Why Should I Get A Inspection?
It's very important for you to have a clear understanding of the condition of the home prior to purchase. Most buyers find it very difficult to remain objective about the home they are about to purchase. The trained inspectors at Gustafson Enterprises are able to objectively evaluate your home and put the overall condition of the home into proper perspective.

When Should I Schedule The Home Inspection?
An inspection should be scheduled as soon as possible after the purchase agreement is signed. However, before you sign the purchase contract, make sure to review the contract language regarding the home inspection results. We also perform pre-FHA inspections to save you time and money!
